The Beginning

From Naples to the Pacific

Chef Marco Bellini grew up in his grandmother's kitchen in Naples, where he learned that the best meals are made with patience, love, and the freshest ingredients. After training across Italy and stages in Michelin-starred kitchens in France and New York, Marco followed the sunlight west.

In California he found a kindred spirit: an ocean-kissed landscape bursting with ingredients that rivaled anything he'd known in the Mediterranean. Casa Loma Italiana was born from that discovery — a place where hand-made pasta meets Pacific-caught fish, where old-world technique meets new-world abundance.
